”Moorefield is a small town with everything you need: Walmart, movie theater, city park, several restaurants. The valley location provides beautiful 360 degree mountain views. I was there for the hiking, and there were lots of great hiking opportunities in the area and a few state parks within an easy drive. The beauty of the mountain drives in any direction was just as much a highlight as the hikes themselves. There aren't many people on the roads in this part of West Virginia so there is plenty...

”We stayed at the River access cabin for 5 nights with our 2 doggies and had such a nice time. The absence of traffic noise at night time while listening to whippoor wills was glorious. We enjoyed Bob fires, hot tubbing, lazy days at the lake in the trout pond recreational area and a hike to Cranny Crow overlook in Lost River State Park. We took some adorable #almostheaven photos on the swing at the top. The cabin is well appointed with various cookware, WiFi and a smart tv which we never used....

”The trailer was good for 2 people, had problems with the main Tv Darlene did come down to try to fix but with no luck, did have the bedroom Tv work on regular channels no movies channels, nice location very quiet. Had to use the heat on Saturday as it did really cold, worked very nicely- Would recommend to couples, very nice. Thank you ”

”The kitchen was fully stocked, the bathrooms were clean. Soap and lotion at all three bathrooms. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in both bathrooms. Soft towels. The house was very clean. The enclosed porches were wonderful especially since a few days were cool and rainy. There were hammocks to sit in, outdoor table to eat at, furniture to curl up in with a blanket and relax. We had a terrific time and really enjouyed the quiet. I higly recommend this house.”

”Lovely home. Hosts were very responsive when we had problems with the air conditioning and did everything they could to resolve the situation. Quiet and peaceful setting, comfortable beds for a relaxing stay. Appreciated the well stocked kitchen.
