”My family had a quick trip to Mohican before school started back. We loved the house. We had plenty of room and the boardgames and game room was a nice touch. We were close to all of the attractions and fun in town. The house was tucked in a quiet location so it was wonderful. The host was very quick to getting back to any questions that I had. Easy check in and out. We had a wonderful experience!”

”Not my first time staying here. Happy with everything. The house is great and the owners are amazing. ”

”Check in was very easy however we passed the house getting there. That could have been our maps. Everything you could possibly need was there and then some. The extras were beyond fantastic. The only reason I gave four stars to cleanliness was because there was something in the hot tub. They messaged me back immediately and sent the cleaner out. Turns out it was just a little piece of deck paint. Not a big deal. The only reason for four stars on location was because the main road was very loud...

”The home was located near state park and kayaking liveries as well as quick drive to various restaurants and downtown Loudenville yet was in wooded rural setting. The home was well stocked and organized. We felt at home and lacked for nothing. Tom and Nancy were kind and helpful. Great layout in the home to enjoy togetherness with privacy! Highlights for us were the hot tub, fire ring, and nature trail on the property. The sign near the road at the entrance of the property was a wonderful help!”

”We (5, 7, 20, and 40 year olds) had the best time here. The property is even better than described and everything is so thoughtfully done. Stainless appliances, aluminum foil, basic spices, a lighter for the fire pit, very clean, every type of sugar for the coffee, propane in the tank. Thank you so much for having us, we’ll definitely be back!”

”Very updated and well taken care of property. Lots of kitchen supplies were included as well as linens and bathroom supplies. Check in and check out was easy and the management company emailed and texted with helpful information. The porch and backyard had lots of shade and great views of the woods around us. ”

”The property was clean and inviting. It was exactly as described. It was in a quiet area and only a short walk to downtown Millersburg. We hope to come back again next year!”

Special thanks to the owner for keeping in mind simple needs like water bottles and ice in a freeze. We would highly recommend this house for future guests. ”

”Fantastic location! The amount of space & bathrooms was great for the size of our party. The view was amazing and wish it hadn’t been so rainy or humid so we could have enjoyed more time in the outdoor seating areas. Will definitely be back! ”

The town of Ashland is beautiful and we are so thankful that we found this gem. This is the best rental house we have ever stayed in and if we are in the area again we look forward to visiting again.
