Room was very clean and fresh smelling. We had stayed before (July 2025) and our room smelled old and damp. This time was MUCH better. Staff was very pleasant. We will use River's Edge again. Thank you so much!

Clean. Big bathroom. Bed squeaky. Walkable to river and some eating spots. It is full of history and the building was renovated beautifully. There were no common spaces to sit, it would be nice to have that outside of room 11. We would return.

I didn't get to stay at the property. The owner never gave me access. Never communicated at all via VRBO, email, text, or phone. I called the owner and owner was not receiving voicemail.
