NOTE: This home is located on a busy street. Please DO NOT book if you are not comfortable with the neighborhood being a little run down. We have great neighbors and have never had issues. 

There is NO tolerance for parties. Any reservation in violation of this rule will be cancelled immediately without a refund and subject to a $1000 cancellation fee. 

Noise must be kept to a respectful minimum from 12PM - 8AM on weekdays (Sun-Thur), and from 2AM - 8AM on weekends (Fri-Sat).

PARENTS: Please be mindful, this property may not be suited for children under 12.

- Please know this home is located on a busy street, and in a run down neighborhood. We have never had any issues, and our neighbors are great.

- The back yard is fully fenced and has a locked gate.

- Please understand there is another Airbnb on the property and therefore a potential for noise.

- The OUTDOOR space is shared with another unit, including: Hot Tub, Fire Table (propane), Front and Back yard.

- All of the INDOOR living area is completely your own, and includes:

STREET LEVEL:

- 2 Bedrooms (Queen), 1 Ba (Jacuzzi Tub/Shower), Dining Area (Seating for 3), Kitchen (Full-size Fridge/Full-size Oven).

LOWER LEVEL:

- 1 Bedroom (Queen), 1 Ba (Shower), Living Area (2Full Futons), Dining Area (Seating for 5)

- You must be at least 21 to rent.

- There is NO SMOKING allowed inside the house. This includes cigarettes AND marijuana. Please place butts in the available ashtrays outside. You will be fined $250 for violations.

- There is a small parking area behind the house for up to 3 cars.

- Please do not block the driveway for other guests.

- Check-in is strictly after 4PM.

- Please be advised, early check-ins and late check-outs are based on availability and will be charged at $20/hr.

- Please reach out on the day of check-in or check-out for the most up-to-date availability.

Private entrance and self-check-in with a smart lock ensure total privacy and flawless check-in experience. Free parking area for 3 cars is available at the property but please avoid blocking the driveway.
