”Breakfast wasn’t until 6:30.. I had to be at work at that time”

”The hotel is nice and the rooms are clean. I only had an issue with housekeeping. They came in and made the bed but didn't take dirty towels or replace with clean ones. I had to take out the trash myself”

”While there are many choices to stay in East Peoria, this is a top choice. Off the beaten path, tons of options for food, fun & shopping. Very scenic, clean & quiet part of town. Pay attention to the last part. Kudos to the staff, very friendly, clean & great amenities. We will be back as we find ourselves around these parts frequently.”

”The front desk staff was extremely polite and helpful! I gave a 3 star only because when asking the housekeeper for a garbage bag, she said she didn’t speak English. As I walked and pointed to what I needed, she replied “one or two? Ok thank you have a good evening “ then she rolled her eyes at me when I was just trying to do HER a favor.”

”My stay was great! Everything I needed was in reach, the rooms were comfortable. I really love the lobby area as it has a nice street view and is really relaxing. The process for check in was seamless, the front desk person was professional and courteous.”

”Room smelled. No kleenex in room. When asking for kleenex front desk said they would have them sent to our room but never came. Paint peeling everywhere .”
