”Everything was great for our group of 6 adults and 4 kids. Everyone had their own space, bathrooms and the basement with pool table, games, Arcade machines were a huge hit with the kids (and adults to be fair!!)Kelly the host was very flexible with everything and replied to any questions we had immediately. Would highly recommend this to a large group of people. 2 rooms in basement with queen beds in each room. Bunk bed upstairs on another room and two other rooms with queen beds plus a bathroom...

”Our stay was great, the property was quiet and peaceful, great location close to everything we wanted to see over the weekend. The neighborhood was nice a great mix of walkable and easy to find parking near the local restaurants, which were really welcoming with great food! Check in and check out instructions were clear and easy.”

”The view just beyond the yard is indeed good, with several large trees and a small creek. The facility has a lot of room with a spacious bedroom, living room/kitchen area and a large laundry/freezer room. Maintenance is adequate. The owner was very accomodating of our request for strong A/C and his overall communications were thorough.”
