”10/10 We were in town for a family friends funeral. We thought we'd minimize the hassle by renting a place instead of staying with them. When we booked the stay, we were honestly only expecting a couple bed cots, but the place had a full kitchen, living room area, bathroom with immediate hot water and a very large/comfortable bed. The snacks were a very nice touch. I'd recommend anybody to stay there, especially considering how kind the host was when we had to make sure we found the correct...

”The place was very comfortable and clean. It was very nice to be able to cook meals and do laundry. Had everything we needed to have a great stay while visiting Kodiak for the first time. Yung was very responsive and had excellent communication throughout the process. Way better than staying at a hotel. I would highly recommend staying here when in Kodiak. ”

”Lodging was as advertised. A bit out of the way from downtown Kodiak, but not a far drive from anything and very clean. Would recommend if you need the space and/or a kitchen. ”

”Steve and Jen offer a great alternative to a hotel stay! The studio apartment is well setup with everything you need. Enjiy the provided fruit, coffe/tea, milk, butter, juice, chips and breakfast items. Bring groceries and cook your own meals - stove, oven, microwave, air fryer, and grill included along with spices and oil for cooking. Internet connection, internet tv and a good selection of DVD’s with a great audio/video system. Great hosts and great experience!”

”I stayed here on a work trip and my wife and 1 year old tagged along. Stephen was quick to respond to our needs. We were in need of something every night with the little one. Place was clean and warm with the space heater. There was a extra twin bed we used for the little one. We were also able to rent a truck for the trip which was great to get out an see some bears.”

”We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Breeze. It is conveniently located near downtown and the harbor and has a great view of the water from the back porch. We would definitely stay again the next time we travel to Kodiak.”
