”This had to be the worst hotel/motel I had ever stayed at. We had a pipe burst in our home and needed somewhere to stay for a couple of days. The outside of the building just looks sad, it hasn't been maintained. The front desk staff was wonderful! The room was not. The floors were sticky, it was clear that nothing had been cleaned. The tables had some kind of substance on them and the mirrors both had not been cleaned. I had two rooms, one for me and one for my adult children. Their room reeked...

”Remodeled rooms are excellent! The fitness center was closed because they stored mattresses there, the pool was full of bugs because it was not scammed/cleaned regularly. We were a little disappointed because the breakfast area was being remodeled, and there was only grab and go available, we typically enjoy the full breakfast when we stay there. The only challenge with our room was the door knob on the inside of the room came off the day we were leaving, but we contacted one of the repair...

”Absolutely loved my stay, it was so memorable! Only thing I have to say is I was really bummed out there wasn’t a full body mirror anywhere in my suite, the only available mirror was the one in the bathroom above the sink and it showed my reflection roughly from the waist up (I am 5’4 for reference). Also, a laundry basket would’ve been helpful given that my room had in-unit washer and dryer and I had nowhere proper to throw together my dirty garments but that’s just a thought. Nonetheless, I...
