”Clean room, very quiet”

”This had to be the worst hotel/motel I had ever stayed at. We had a pipe burst in our home and needed somewhere to stay for a couple of days. The outside of the building just looks sad, it hasn't been maintained. The front desk staff was wonderful! The room was not. The floors were sticky, it was clear that nothing had been cleaned. The tables had some kind of substance on them and the mirrors both had not been cleaned. I had two rooms, one for me and one for my adult children. Their room reeked...

”During my stay breakfast (apple, breakfast bar, water, orange juice) was served in a brown paper bag which should have been told to customers prior to booking. Elevator was out and someone actually got stuck in it. There were no vending machines if you needed something to drink so you had to leave the facility and go to a store.”

”We loved the cleanliness of the property. The inside is beautiful, and loved how it was decorated! The only drawback is that it’s very loud from traffic and outside noise even though it’s in a quiet area. You can hear everything outside all night. It seems like something isn’t insulated with windows or walls. We had to use the earplugs they provide in hotel to drown out some of the sound, and even then you can hear every car. We were bummed about that, and we wish the hot tub was heated for...

”The property looked clean but my first room was infested with ants and the second room they gave me had a smell. The air conditioner leaked all night and barely worked.”

”Loved the location. Great ambience. The shared baths were less of an issue than I anticipated. The only problem was sometimes they were all occupied and the TP was low. But the place was immaculate and the staff super friendly. Great pool! Wonderful neighborhood. I will stay there agt”
