”The only issue with this property is the lack of an elevator. Otherwise, rooms were comfortable & staff was great. Very comfy beds! A lot of TV channels & free coffee downstairs 24/7 which was wonderful. We had an issue with our TV working & the friendly staff member was unable to fix it so she promptly moved us to a different room.”

”Nice staying at Browns Inn at Salida. We were satisfied with accommodation and service but sustainability could be thought better (the same thing applies to many other hotels as well). Why do hotels still have plastic cutlery and cardboard plates? ”

”They need to have better breakfast because they have the same everyday. And better maintenance in the rooms extracting fan in the bathroom was not working.”

”The pictures did not match the room. I was expecting an office chair and an arm chair in the room. There was no arm chair. The office chair was half-broken and leaned to one side. There was hair in the bathroom upon arrival. I'm glad we were only staying one night.”
