”The grounds are beautiful and it is a great location; next to the river and very close to Main Street.
However, our rental unit (with kitchenette) was very dated, quite dark and needed maintenance. If the owners would update the units and get on top of needed maintenance, it would be a great place to stay. Now….not so much.”

”Hotel was nice and very convenient to all of the town. Everything was walkable. Breakfast options were limited but convenient. Staff were outstanding and very helpful. We felt like we could ask almost anything and they would try to help us. Great stay and we really enjoyed Ouray!”

”The room was clean, but very small. The bed was only a full size, and it seemed to be a rather old mattress. There wasn't a blanket on the bed, just one on a shelf. The small refrigerator was on the floor in the corner with the microwace on top of it. There wasn't room to put our luggage anywhere convenient so we stacked it on a desk in the room.”

”Room was clean and tidy. I had to go a block down the street to pick up the key which was taped to the outside door. A little confusing but got it figured out. No chair in the room. Tv remote didn't work. A smoke alarm in another room kept beeping all night due to low battery, fortunately I had ear plugs. All in all, I got a good nights rest, a shower and the in-room coffee.”

”Clean room, uncomfortable beds and the pillows are horrible. The heater / fan was so loud has to turn it off. Average small hotel. Typical breakfast, could use a waffle maker.”
