We had a large vehicle that we needed to park across the street in a public lot and the logistics of that were handled effortlessly. The beds were comfy and the kitchen/ living area was very updated and comfortable. One cannot find a better host. My many questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. ”

”Nice rural setting with direct view of Sleeping Ute Mountain. Generally quiet but a two lane road is nearby as is the municipal airport. The loft is accessed with a ladder and the headroom over the bed is limited. The finishes are “rustic” and simple.”

”This is a half of a cute little house close to Main Street in Montrose. It has a private entrance. I think the other half might be a rental too because I never saw anyone else on the grounds. The screened in front porch is a charming and unusual feature. The house was absolutely spotless. I’m very picky and I couldn’t find anything that wasn’t sparkling! ”Sitting on the back porch and watching the sunrise every morning, while the deer and prairie dogs go about their business, was incredibly peaceful. There were some flies to be dealt with upon arrival, and the bed was... Not great, but aside from that, you are getting exactly as it seems. A very quiet, secluded, peaceful space with not just an incredible view, but an environment that is alive.”

”Our family enjoyed this cozy cabin! It was the perfect summer escape from the desert heat. The master bed was very comfortable, and our kids had a great time feeding the fish and using the small kayak on the pond. The hosts provided a surplus of towels for us to use during our stay. The cabin is conveniently located just minutes from the General Store and close to the lake and nearby streams. The hot tub was a wonderful bonus! A few things to know before your stay: there isn’t a microwave or ice...
