”The unit was nice, exactly as pictured. A bit smaller than other units in the same complex. It could use a fresh coat of paint. Curtains on the bed room windows would be nice addition. The shades don’t block the light out very well. Overall the place was nice and I would recommend.”

”This was one of the cleaner VRBO properties that I have stayed. check-in had a small hurdle, as the key fobs were recently updated prior to our arrival and failed to work properly. But we had good communication with the host and were given the gate code to enter the property. No real issues or concerns with the place and we would recommend it to folks needing a place to stay near MD Anderson.”

”Booking and communication with host was easy. The area is well monitored by law enforcement. Visible homeless in the area, but not instrusive. The parking garage and building are very secure. This unit has a designated parking spot with fob access to the building. The unit was clean and plenty of space with many extra amenities. Patio. Bed was comfortable. 10 minute walk to NRG, entry at gate 11, for rodeo we cut thru Holiday Inn and caught the tram to the NRG center. Overall a wonderful space....

”The check in and gate access were a breeze. Super easy if you are tech savvy. We had a small issue with the washing machine but the host went over and above to fix the problem. Communication was impeccable. Beautiful place, clean and quiet, nice pool and gym. Most importantly we felt very safe within the gated community. We came in a custom vehicle that would not fit in under the parking spot roof, we had zero problems with parking off to the side and leaving a note. Zero issues. Loved our...
