”After checking in and unpacking we noticed that our TV would not connect to the internet, so access to cable channels was not possible and the live channel options had no information on what one could watch. We called the front desk and a staff member could not correct the problem. We were told that we could change rooms to one with a working TV but that it would cost an additional $75. ”I always stay here when I come through Mountain Home twice a year. Their breakfast is excellent, beds are comfortable, everything is clean. Most of the rooms have carpet, which is a personal preference of mine, but one of the rooms I got once had bare floor. Bathroom and showers are nice, lots of hot water.”

”The amenities offered, and the friendliness of the staff were great. Breakfast was also good, with quite a few options and seemed to be of good quality. The room was great and laid out well. The building itself could use some updating…because you could tell it’s an older building that reminded me of a maze. Overall a great experience!”

”The lady that was running the waffles in the breakfast time was amazing. She was very friendly. She was very efficient. She was very clean. I really enjoyed her smile and her hospitality. The receptionist when I checked in and when I checked out was very lovely she had great communication skills. Very awesome stuff all the housekeeping was very nice and I really enjoyed the pool area.”
