”I booked thru Expedia and then was charged again by Hotel. So double billed. When I called to get corrected hotel clerk told me to call Expedia. She did not want to spend the time to correct their error. Her words. Terrible customer service. Wants me to correct her error. ”

”Heater sounded like a jet going off every 15 minutes. TV didn’t work. ”

”This was the worst room I’ve ever stayed in. The heater was broken so they had a space heater in the room and that had duct tape holding the faceplate on. And i barely worked. The bed was completely collapsed on one side. Paint was peeling. Mold on the windows and around the tub. Nobody on property to assist and they don’t answer their phones. Left and booked another hotel and owner is refusing refund. Found blood droplets on washcloth in bathroom. Stay away. This place is unsafe. Reported to...

”No! The property was suspect at best. Hotel was not clean. The pictures on the Expedia website do not reflect the actual hotel in Redwood falls. Did not feel safe at all. No one was available to accommodate us check in with.”

”The room was filthy. I had to clean the toilet and make the bed. There was no power or heat and the TV did not work either. I am very disappointed that I wasted my money getting a room there. ”

”The staff have been super helpful and caring, they really do their best to make sure you are good to go and have your best interest in mind, unlike many places ive been. Its also very clean and quiet, and concenient for people that walk everywhere since its close to all the bigger stores”
