”Every staff we encountered was so polite and friendly, the hotel was stunning, clean, and smelled absolutely amazing. If you’re asthmatic please note that they do heavily perfume the first floor but it smells as good as Rihanna. Having a key to enter the building provided an extra sense of security, and being able to walk out and around the town was convenient. A lovely 10 minute walk from THE bridge to get to Swale Park. Highly recommend.”

”The Breakfast was great, room and amenities excellent. I ate dinner at the bar, and the food was wonderful as well. The wine options could be better. Sara the bar team was excellent, and Mark of the front desk was a delight and kept the water filled.
I will return and stay on my next visit.

”There were no staff when we arrived to check in so I was quite disappointed that I had to check in using a machine. It’s very frustrating. We got there late at night and that’s not what we were wanting to do when we arrive late for check-in fortunately there was a very nice security guard there. I believe her name was Vanessa. She helped me with everything and was very kind so when I ’m giving a five star rating to the staff, it’s strictly for her. There were no other staff in the building that I...
