”21C was the hotel to stay in Cincinnati, but not anymore. Our room was so stuffy and smelled like it had not been slept in for weeks. The hallways were humid and sticky. The artwork in the room appeared worn out.
The shower/tub floor was very slippery.
You could barely see out of the windows because the windows were so dirty. There was no refrigerator/bar refrigerator in the room. And a room service was not available after 10 pm
Also, as we were getting ready to go to sleep, the fire alarm...

”The parking garage across the street is not affiliated with the hotel and they dont validate parking. Only thing they offer is vallet. Even if you book a type/style of room dont expect to get what the pictures showed to you when you book. Missing amenities in room ”

”Not a beautiful hotel, by any measure, but it was clean and it was quiet enough. You get what you pay for, and you won't pay much here.
One thing they could do to get more repeat business would be to get some nicer fitted sheets. The one in my room didn't, er, fit, actually and was a nightly annoyance.”
