”This cottage was clean, well -furnished and in a great location. The beds were comfortable. There were snacks to eat and a book of suggested places to visit and places to eat. The only reason that I give it a 4 is that the bathroom is a bit challenging. You have to be very careful getting in and out of the tub, the hose was difficult to use and the faucets were backwards. Taking a shower was difficult. It would be hard for someone elderly to navigate.”

”We had an enjoyable time. Everything was in good order. Host communicated very quickly. Stayed while daughter competed in track and field event at the University of Dayton. Would definitely stay here again.”

”The stay was very nice, only complaints would be the bathroom had a weird mildew smell and the bathroom sink drained VERY slow, almost like it has a clog. Other than that, wonderful place! Love that the market is right next door as well as a family dollar and dominos. 5 minutes from downtown Cincinnati as well!”

” Very nice place. Usually have to drive around the block a few times to find parking unless it’s the middle of the day. Convenient location other than parking. The loft area gets very hot but running the fan helps. Would be perfect if the loft has its own hvac unit. ”

”We had a great stay. Cottage was clean and well equipped. Everything worked great. The electronic message board on the wall was personalized and informative. Paved walking/ bike trail was within feet of patio. Very nice.”

”This has everything you need and then some. I only needed to provide my own food. It’s in a good location to see the airforce museum and it’s close to the college. Easy to access the highways and downtown Dayton. It has nice decor. The owner/manager is attentive. I would certainly stay again.”

”Our party of six (partner plus extended family) booked this property both because it was in the path of totality of the eclipse and because of its proximity to the railroad tracks. (My partner is a railfan who has his own YouTube channel.) None of us were disappointed. The property is an early 20th Century bungalow that has been beautifully restored to its original glory (and then some!). The decorator's taste is absolutely divine, with a wonderful blend of mid-century bright colors and...

”Would love to give a 5 star but have to be honest in my review. The property at the time of my visit had a huge ant problem in both the bathroom and kitchen. I pointed this out directly on the “owners” feedback page but no response or acknowledgment. Other than that it’s a great convenient location. As per other reviews the walls are thin here so no matter how quiet people try to be upstairs you will hear everything. Just hope you and the other occupants are on the same schedule. ”
