”Property was clean and smartly appointed. Appliances were very new. We were easily able to cook and eat in during our stay. There is an ample private parking lot. I had to work during some stretches of my stay and there wasn't a single hiccup with the Wi-Fi even handling large files. Shadyside is beautiful and the location is ideal with very short drives to Pitt and CMU and easy walks to either of the two main shopping/eating corridors. ”Was spending under a day in Pitt and searched for a place close to an event I was attending and found this cute little gem! Although ended up only spending about 9 hours in it (because of the event I was attending), was asleep for much of it, and took advantage of barely any of the amenities, I appreciated what it had to offer. In addition to great communication from the renter, the property seems to be in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. I got to use the garage but would have felt safe...

”Entry is dingy and smells badly of cat urine. Living room is smallest room and seats 2 comfortably. The kitchen is ok. Nothing special but ok. Bedrooms are large and beds are comfortable. AC units in both bedrooms worked great. Didn’t love the parking situation but nothing bad happened during the 5 night stay so may have been worried about nothing. Lots of homeless in the area and city as a whole. ”
