”This property was very special with antiques, artwork and plants. Hosts were very friendly and helpful with information about the area. Breakfast was good. Since this is a special historic site the building has a few challenges. Run the water for 5 minutes for it to get to the bathroom, learn how to turn on the heater. Stairs to the room are very steep. This a bed and breakfast not a hotel. We did enjoy our stay.”

”The women running the B&B was great. Breakfast was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. Bedside tables were a little to small. Great location from the park. Group breakfast seating was great for meeting and talking to the other guest.”

”Very eclectic!! Nice background for a wine evening. Fred the mule gave us several Northern Exposure moments! Staff was VERY helpful. The breakfast included at Oscars next door was delicious and convenient. It was in a very convenient location…e-bike rental and Sol Foods grocery across the street and shuttle stop very close. Our room was REALLY small but we were only in it to sleep.other rooms were much bigger. Highly recommend.”

”We enjoyed our stay at Red Rock Inn. We were warmly welcomed and we got good tips of what to do in Zion. The cottage was cozy, clean and beautiful, and we loved sitting on the terrace. Delicious breakfast was served at Oscar's Cafe nearby.”

”The first night I had no hot water, and I suppose that couldn’t be helped, as the tanks needed replacing, which was done the very next day after I called the manager. A huge frustration is the inability to control the temperature in your room. That also requires a call to the manager, which seems so illogical. And, as other reviewers have mentioned, the walls are paper thin. I could hear everything next door. The room was cute and clean and a nice country setting, but I wouldn’t stay there...

”It was a wonderful place to stay for the price. Would recommend considering having a designated smoking/vaping area for smoking guests. The place was clean, peaceful, close to nearby restaurants. The hot tub was nice after two days of hiking Zion and Bryce Canyon. Host was very responsive. We would stay again.”
