The floor is very wavy making you feel unsteady. The couch was also low and hard as a rock. The smith river behind the house is barely visibleThe worst part is the entry. Nowhere does it mention there are 18 steep steps to entry. The apt building is surrounded by a huge green construction dumpster, a church located in a modular house and active...

”This was our second trip to Smith Mountain Lake and our first stay at this condo. Having access to all of Mariner’s Landing amenities was great and super convenient. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 5 as the three boys could share the second bedroom with the three beds. My wife loved the kitchen and how well stocked it was with dishes and utensils. Overall, this was a great experience and we would definitely stay again!”
