”We really enjoyed our stay at the Lightwell. The spa is amazing, the staff friendly and helpful, and the rooms clean. We also loved that there is a lounge, a rooftop bar, and the hotel is conveniently located. Just be aware that the rooms are smaller than usual and there are no refrigerators in the rooms. But this is our new favorite place to stay in Hood River!”

”Parking was terrible, there was screws and material everywhere due to construction, the hallways and common areas are ran down. Hot tub jets were out of order. The room was decent and clean.”

”The breakfast options were delicious with something for everyone. I enjoyed the complimentary use of their bike to ride along the waterfront and returning for fresh hot cookies and milk each evening was the cherry on top!”

”Staff were so nice, and so welcoming also very helpful with explaining where things were. The spa was so relaxing and the ROOM was BEAUTIFUL. I got the sky loft and even the laundry was complimentary.
They have you pay for parking in the lot next door. But you’re not guaranteed to have a spot when you get back because apparently it’s open to the public as well? That was confusing and didn’t understand why there was a needed fee.”

”Hotel location is good and peaceful. The breakfast has issues, something was always missing and the service was really unpolite and arrogant "we don't have enough staff", "the breakfast ends soon" (even though there was still 30 minutes to go). The room was clean, But don't take the room located at the side on the main street, the fans are making awful noise. Is the hotel worth the money, hard to say”
