”This property was not as described. We had a group of 9 - 4 adults and 5 kids, and came to ski for the weekend at White Pass. The VRBO listing says the property has internet and laundry facilities. It has neither. The owner has the property manager completely disconnect both the washer and dryer so they are unusable. The primary source of heat for the main living area is a pellet stove. The owners filled up the stove about 25% of the way and the fireplace then shuts off after it burns through...
