”We found multiple spiders in our room, spider webs in most corners of the ceiling, and areas that has not been dusted for awhile. Windows were quite dirty.
Staff seemed unprofessional, not welcoming or friendly.
Disappointed in the accommodations.. have always had good experiences with best western hotels, this was a first.”
”The reward and whatnot feel like a stretch. It gets the job done. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was good. Property in general felt a little run down. Room was musty and smelled a little of cigarette smoke. They definitely took advantage of event pricing because the rate for what you got was outrageous. Some of the furniture was a little beat up. Liked the fact that the TV could only go so loud. Breakfast was decent.”
”Location is in classic suburbia but easy access to downtown and surrounding attractions. The breakfast, pool, hot tub, and free parking are all great amenities. Loved the spacious rooms although they are starting to show some wear and tear.
