”We mostly just used the property to sleep so worked well for our needs. If planning on spending extended time at the property we would have needed something bigger for our family of 4. The entrance passcode didn’t reach us for some reason but we called the host and they responded and provided it immediately.One minor complaint is the fireplace is on a timer and that timer is kind of noisy. Overall the property was clean and had all the necessities! We would stay again for the same type of trip.”

”The property is beautiful. The room was perfect with one exception. We came up for a quiet, relaxing evening out of town. The people in the room above us were very loud. We think they may have had younger children, who were playing and roughhousing until about 11:30 at night. I understand, everyone wants to get away once in a while, but when it’s after 10 o’clock, I think it’s fair and reasonable to ask for quiet time. ”Perfect location and great condo! Easy check in process. Just bring a sleeping mask, one of the beds is under sky lights and very bright in the living room. Perfect location next to the Main Street.”

”Good location and view. The deck outside is really nice and the place is about 8 mins from town and 12 mins to RMNP entrance. Beds were comfortable and clean sheets. As for the property, it is tiny, the layout of the bedrooms is weird and not too convenient, also the bathrooms and the interior should have been upgraded a while ago, everything is dated, with one of the showers being so tiny, we decided not to use it at all. ”Cleaning was over priced we had to leave towels in dryer. Coffee maker had dirty filter left in it. Patio window dirty! Dining table dirty! Paper towel dirty on top, no recycling. Pillows flat!!! Had to find dumpster to remove all garbage before leaving. Batteries dead in remote and clock!! No smoking and we smelt pot smoke in hallway! No pets and got woke up by barking dog!!”

”Not enough trash bags, could use some new lawn chairs out front. The messages the host sends contains links that can’t be easily copied and pasted out of the app. Kind of a pain in the butt. Other than that the place was good and did the trick.”
