”Beds where great! Slept like an angel. We didnt wake up in time for breakfast. Rooms were ok clean but run down. They did have a microwave and fridge. Outside of building is rough. Staff was nice. Best part was, that they shuttled us to and from kings island for free, saving us the $35 parking. Shuttle drivers were very nice. ”

”Hampton Inn Eastgate Cincinnati provides a good value stay for any business traveller visiting the Cincinnati area. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, hot oatmeal and fresh fruits with breakfast and a Starbucks cafe in walking distance (should you wish to enjoy an espresso based coffee) make you come back to this hotel again.”

”The room was pretty clean. The coffee machine hardly works. The dryer for laundry works but the washer machine is out of order. I had to go to the nearest gas station for quarters because they didn’t have any. The bathroom in the room had a water leak so our floor was constantly wet. We had to call maintenance but maintenance never came. We got a partial refund because we paid cash and they didn’t have enough cash on hand to accommodate us so they offered us points that were supposed to pay for...

”Unfriendly greeting, no help finding means of parking or carts for luggage “ I can’t do anything about the fact that people take the carts upstairs and don’t bring them back down” without apology. Ridiculously expensive for what I got and while that would be the place I’d stay every time I come home to visit my mother. I will never stay there again.”

”Just the most charming hotel I've ever been in. The surroundings are nothing like I've ever experienced. You felt like you were in some old middle European town. The hotel it self was unique in all aspect. Staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was in top condition with most whimsical TV I've ever encountered (behind a painting). Bathroom was big and modern. Prices for the room and breakfast were a bit on the pricey side but well worth it on our vacation tour.”

The breakfast was OK- Holiday Inn Express definitely has a tastier breakfast. Staff was friendly. Over all good experience.”
