”We enjoyed the multiple pools and access to the beach. I didn't like that the outside bar wasn't utilized. It would be a small win if there was a coffee station. I know there was coffee in the room, but when people are trying to sleep it would be nice to run down to the lobby and grab a hot coffee without paying $5. I'm sure you have your reasons for charging me $15 a day for self parking, but that's not cool.”

”This is my most favorite beach spot. Everything is always so clean and beautiful.”

”Been there multiple times over recent years and we always enjoy our stay. A couple things we didn't care for this visit 1) Continuous calls from the Concierge desk. Letting us know at check in about specials and discounts is enough, i don't want notes left on our hotel door, calls, etc. 2) More pool chairs need to be set out during peak season. If every single chair is taken each morning by 9am thats annoying for guests. ”

”Fantastic rental unit. Mike was very responsive, respectful and extremely helpful with all sort of information before we arrived. The unit was stocked with so many items for the forgetful traveler that it saved us on a rush trip the evening we arrived. Overall a great experience and we enjoyed our time in the unit as well as Hilton Head in general.”
