”we travel to this hotel once a month when we visit Dad. We understand that the hotel is dated but it is always clean. This time the room they gave us, the toilet handle broke and the bathroom light went off. We had to pull the lever in the toilet tank for the toilet to flush. The light didn't work off and on. I was not happy with my stay this time. I talked the general manager in the morning. He said they would fixed it. I didn't get any compensation for my stay.”

”Place was clean, service was very friendly and helpful.
We didn't end up getting a kitchen with a stove or dishwasher and was told non was available. Best to clarify that if you need a stove.
When you need extra items for your room, you would need to drive or walk to the front desk to get it. It was not a priority or issue for us.
Breakfast was good and had great options.”

”Pro: Free parking
Con: Finding the dang hotel was my first frustration. It is tucked behind a casino and another hotel. Got checked in and went to my room to drop off my belongings before heading out. I always do a quick check of the sheets and mattress and I discovered a nasty looking stain at the head of the bed on the mattress protector. I wasn't sure if it was just a set in stain or something more recent so, as I left the hotel, I requested that the bedding be changed. Upon my return...

”We stayed on the lowest level room, and the bathroom was moldy in the shower. Everything else seemed clean. I’m glad we only stayed one night. The rest of the property seemed clean and nice so I was disappointed. I did let the front desk know upon checking out. The staff and everything else seemed fine.”
