I did not receive the room I booked with Expedia. I paid for a room with a seperate bedroom and a sitting area which I did not get. There was no housekeeping service the whole 3days I was there. I booked a room for four persons and there was only two towels in the room, being that there was no housekeeping ...

The room was very clean, and D'juan was fantastic at check in and beyond. The bed was fantastic and the feel of the linens divine. Breakfast was standard, but at least fresh. Waffles, scrambled eggs and the fixings. Will definitely stay again! Thanks!
