”I was very disappointed because the villa I received was not the one I had reserved. This was extremely frustrating.
The villa assigned to me was a two-story unit with no bathroom on the ground floor. I was traveling with my elderly parents, who were unable to use the stairs, making the villa completely unsuitable for our needs.
The listing and reservation details never indicated that the villa was a two-story unit. There were no photos or information showing that the accommodation had stairs,...

”Visited in July and the stench of the seaweed was terrible for a luxury resort! Made the pool and outside dining basically unusable. Resorts in Marathon and Key West both cleared beaches daily to decrease the stench, which was very much appreciated!”

”Room was very clean. Location was good. We were not able to use any of the amenities like paddle boarding, or kayaks due to so much seaweed. The smell was also horrible. There is no beach at this hotel. Upon check in there is a $100 PER DAY deposit nor a notice of a resort fee thought this was all included in the hundreds I had already paid to stay here. When I checked out there was no notice once again about a resort fee that would be charged when I left I got a notification from my bank that...

”Love this property! Our family had the most amazing time in the villas. The location is great and the property is really well kept with amazing staff. We enjoyed the pool, the kids game area, pickle ball and relaxing in the home. Highly recommend!!”
