”Stressful upon arrival as we had not yet received our access code. It took 40 minutes to finally reach someone at Vacasa’s to assist us. The patio door screens were both off the track leaning against the outdoor wall. 2 kitchen light bulbs were burnt out. The queen mattress had stains in both sides.
