”Food and rooms were amazing”

”We stayed at this property ahead of moving our son into his university dorm. It was a perfect location, easy to get everywhere and a grocery store only a 5 minute walk. There was plenty of room to store our things and we really appreciated the covered car port. The house was very clean and the owners responsive. We would not hesitate to stay here again. My only suggestion to future guests would be to bring some sugar packets if you like it in your coffee :)”

”I was really disappointed with my stay. The hotel looked nothing like the photos online, which was misleading and set the wrong expectations from the start. The room felt outdated and didn’t match the quality or atmosphere shown in the pictures. Overall, it didn’t feel worth the price, and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.”

”It was as pictured. Very clean. Check-in instructions were clear. Off-loading space out front and parking very close by. Fans provided in each room for white noise was perfect for me (as I am not used to city noise). Kitchen well stocked with items needed to cook. Clean towels and laundry access availabe and easy to use. It was lovely to have the space a hotel couldn't offer at a great price.”

”For the dollar value, off season rate, it was a great deal. At first glance it is beautiful and the room was impressive with all its lights lit up. But the shock and awe stops there. It was freezing cold, the temperature was 65 degrees not just in the room but in the main common areas as well. I turned on the heat pump, and the fireplace and after an hour I had to call and as for the heat to be turned up. The heat pump was installed in the worst place, with a wall opposite it about 2 feet away,...

”Breakfast was mediocre at best. For the cost of a stay, which also included an addition fee of $27 a night for onsite parking, the quality of the breakfast was not even as good as you would get at a much cheaper hotel, based on personal experience. It is a typical buffet, cafeteria style, adjacent to the dining area. The breakfast choices were also typical, but the lack of either bacon or sausages, was disappointing. Even worse, we then discovered that they were available, but had to be...

”The petite room was perfect for one person. The room was clean and well appointed, and the bed was comfortable. Room service was fast and delicious. One of the best hotel staff experiences I have ever had. When they found out that my mom was having surgery at the hospital near by, they send a small gift to my room in support. It was so sweet and caring and really buoyed my spirits. Would absolutely recommend. ”
