”I love this hotel, I stay 2-3 nights each week and the staff all know me and are super helpful and professional. In a 5 star hotel, it’s the service that sets the hotel apart and that’s so true here.
Rooms wise, the facilities are gorgeous and very well designed

Worth noting there is no lift so had to use stairs. Not an issue for us but worth knowing if you do struggle with stairs so you can ask for an accessible room. Will stay there again.”

I was having a minor laundry emergency (a previous booking didn't have laundry services as advertised) and they were kind enough to accommodate me quickly and efficiently. The only down sides were seasonal. Our stay coincided with high temperatures and our room was stuffy, which is completely understandable, but the windows were not screened....

"Keskiverto hotelli Doverin rannassa. Sijainti on hyvä jos on menossa lautalle mutta muuten hiukan syrjässä. Huone oli todella pieni mutta ihan toimiva.
Omassa huoneessa oli ongelmia lämpimän veden tulon kanssa, tämä kuitenkin korjattiin melko nopeasti kun ilmoitin asiasta."
