”One of the most wonderful stays we’ve had in our travels! If there is a better view to be found, I haven’t seen it. We stayed for two nights and found this to be perfectly situated away from the bustle of Rotorua, but still close enough to go into town for some excellent food and entertainment. 10 out of 10!”

”We loved the size, comfortable beds, clean, dry and warm rooms. Everything we needed for a comfortable one night stay was here. There is off street parking which is a plus. You get a small lounge, 2 bedrooms and one bathroom + toilet for personal use within the house. The layout means you are quite separate from the rest of the house.
The only downside we encountered is the owner needs to be home when you arrive to let you in a give you a key. A lock box would have been useful as we arrived...
