”Good value for money if you appreciate the old Florida charm. They have kept to the original looks and feel, but everything was clean n neat. Very friendly staff, laid back athmosphere and beautiful views from the room. We enjoyed our stay.”

”Absolutely horrible stay. It took over an hour to get the key code. The place looks like an unfinished Boy Scout project. Everything is old and dirty and rusty . Cigarette butts on the beach. Everything is rundown and damaged. I don’t believe that there was even a credible architect building this place. I felt like I was in a horror movie. Last but not least We found out that the place is for sale…..No wonder !”

”The hidden resort fees were absolutely ridiculous! $40 a day, plus $5 a day plus $150 coverage without any explanation. This property is located directly next to the airport and they do not provide a shuttle service to pick you up. We used Uber for everything, another extra expense. ( The Hampton Inn next door had a shuttle that went everywhere)”

”The location was convenient for exploring the Keys. We stopped here just for one night. The floors were dirty but bathroom & kitchen area were all clean.”

”The breakfast was really good. Amenities were poor and the Tiki bar was closed. $21 to park at a hotel in the middle of nowhere is a joke especially if you are staying at the hotel. Just add it to the cost of the hotel.”

”Old and cold”

”No pressure in the shower, the toilet leaked all night, toilet seat was broken , we had to go to the front desk twice for room supplies like tissues, toilet paper and towels. Had to pay a 10.00 fee a day to park there overnight. I mean come on, how do they expect me to get there? Walk 236 miles? No smoking permitted on property. I do not see why we couldn’t smoke at the tiki bar or poolside. It was an open air pool. Make sure you call your preferred place to stay and ask about the hidden...

”It was such a lovely place. Great pools, fun tiki bar during the day and great rooftop happy hour in the evening. The restaurant on site is delicious. There’s a market on site that had so many great wines, snacks, deli & breakfast too. ”

”Beautiful place with a great atmosphere! The staff was very kind, friendly, and always helpful. The hotel was very clean, and housekeeping did an excellent job every day. Towels were changed daily, the room was cleaned regularly, and the bed linen was always fresh. Breakfasts were very good with a nice variety of options. For people who follow healthy eating, there were also healthy food choices on the menu, which was a big plus. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay and would definitely...
