”I like that it was a different experience being on a house boat. There was an unpleasant smell outside. I liked the location. I didn't like that you could only use their soap, shampoo, conditioner and dish soap and they gave you enough of these for 1 day. I understand the use of these soaps but it should have been mentioned in the literature. Also getting into bed was tough as their was about a foot of space. Next time I'd rent one of their cottages. ”Property was too close to the highway to enjoy the view/balcony. Also at 10:00 we were told to leave NOW as the cleaning crew was coming. Or there would be a charge for every two minutes that they had to wait outside. Even though check out was 11:00 AM. Definitely won't be staying there again! ”

”Our stay was great! The description is accurate. We enjoyed our 6 Mid-March days at "Cozy Perfect Conch Cottage." Yes, it's technically camping, but it's very NICE camping...in a campground...but a very NICE campground. The bed we used (there were only 2 of us) was super comfortable. The WiFi worked great. ”Property was nice and cool. Bed too soft for us but otherwise worth the price. We did inform the owner that we had changed our minds about bringing our pets. As there are no outside cameras to verify the owner relies on the cleaning people to inform as to pet stay. If you run into this situation watch your back and try to provide proof instead of the integrity of your word. Charges were not reversed and we will not be renting in the future”
