Good value for money. Nice tiki Bar with happyhour and karaoke. Room was ok, clean, big bathroom and with the fridge, that was enough for us with that price. Free big parking, good for the big RAM.

Yes you are on the ocean, yes there are docks, and yes you are centrally located for activities. Cottage was clean but very dated and not well kept.
