”The king standard room was small but had everything we needed. The room on the first floor by the pool was very noisy. The coffee in the room was terrible. The restaurant next door had decent food but the service was slow. Have to drive 30 minutes either direction to get food. All in all we enjoyed the 2 night stay.”

”I do not recommend booking through Expedia. The photos are misleading and do not accurately represent the rooms. The room descriptions are vague and fail to show what you are actually getting. Communication with customer service was terrible, and it was very difficult to get clear answers or resolve the issue. Overall, my experience was very disappointing, and I would not book through Expedia again.”

”This is the worse booking I’ve ever made via Expedia. Room had active water damage and smelled of mold. Left the property 4 hours after checking in. No staff on duty after 6:00 PM. Came back the following day walked the room with the front desk person and showed her all of the issues I found. Requested a full refund for Expedia to tell me after a week that they couldn’t get in touch with a hotel they market and profit from. I lost a lot of money and my 25th wedding anniversary was ruined.”

”We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with our daughters. The room was spacious, had a beautiful ocean view, a great kitchen, and everything was very clean and comfortable. We had a small issue with the air conditioning, but the staff resolved it quickly and were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the location in Islamorada was perfect. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again the next time we visit...

”Summer at reception was great. Decent breakfast. Nice to have a kitchenette. Older property. Definitely not luxurious, but served our 2 night stay accompdatingly. No TV in the bedroom area was unusual.”

”Can't get over just how charming the room was. It was immaculate & the staff couldn't have been more friendly. They provided beach towels and kayaks, paddleboards, etc which was a plus. We were very comfortable & extremely pleased. Highly recommend!!”

”This is not a hotel. You should enter the room directly and there is no services like cleaning etc. the rooms are cleaned before arrival but they’re outdated, things are broken etc. the common areas are not neat not clean, everything looks a bit run-down. ”

”The houseboat were a great experience not only for the kid's but the adults also. Seeing the manatees swim around the cove was awesome! It was a great place to meet your neighbors as the porches are very close. The swimming pool is a great addition to the property! If going back to the area, I would definitely go there again! We really enjoyed our visit there!”
