After driving nine hours, we reached the hotel for which we had a paid reservation. We were appalled to find out our room was on the second floor and the elevator was out of order. No one was available to assist us with getting our belongings down the end of a hallway and up a flight of stairs!

I was surprised with how clean and mostly comfortable the room wasâespecially for the price! Most people would find the beds completely acceptable, I tend towards a softer bed. Room was very clean
