Unfortunately there was no air conditioning in the room so had to make do with a fan. It was slightly disappointing that at breakfast it was squash rather than juice being served, and there was no option to have a Latte or Capuccino-just regular filter coffee.”

Kate the manager is exceptional, she had agency staff who were a credit to her but new one had been there 2 hours, a chef walked out and she was cooking as well as running and managing everything including a power cut. The hotel is tired we had a suite and the plugs didn’t work in the bath and shower, the bath was also chipped.
