This house features 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with a fully stocked and updated kitchen dining room large living room and huge backyard with plenty of patio seating.

The first bedroom contains a King Bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom contains a queen size bed and a shared bathroom in the hallway. Both the bedrooms and the bathrooms have been fully remodeled. You will love the tiled showers and modern design.

The living room features plenty of seating and a sofa that allows for an additional guest to sleep. A 55-inch Roku enabled TV is in the living room for your convenience.

The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals during your stay. Concrete counter tops a huge quartz island and modern lighting will make you want to take this kitchen home with you.

The backyard has a brand-new fence, nice grass, and plenty of patio seating to enjoy the West Texas sunsets. Parking in the front has plenty of space for multiple vehicles and there is always free parking available on the street.

**Due to the massive issue we`ve had with people throwing house parties in our homes in Lubbock you will be fined an additional $500 plus any damages if it is discovered this has happened. **

Dogs are allowed, but we ask that the max be 2 dogs. There is $75 non-refundable pet fee due at the time of booking.

All areas of the house are available to guests with the exception of the garage. This area is locked and contains personal items of the homeowner.

Your host, Emily, will have very minimal interaction with guests. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Once you have booked please refer to the check-in instructions for entry codes. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door. Do not lock the bottom lock on the front door. Should you need anything during your stay the host lives nearby and will usually be available to help at any time. Emily is always available by text or phone call. She prides herself on quick responses. Please use the Airbnb app call or text her for any communication. E-mail does work, but will result in a much slower response. Let Emily know if you`re looking for restaurant recommendations or something to do!

Very safe well-established neighborhood located south of Texas Tech University. Very easy access to shopping (supermarket is 5 blocks away) dining and entertainment. Our house is a straight 3–5 minute shot to the SW corner of TTU campus.

Located close to everything. Main roads Indiana Ave and 50th Street are nearby as well as Loop 289. Quick access to everything Lubbock has to offer!
