”We enjoyed our stay while visiting Texas Tech. Very spacious home with privacy for 2 couples to share. Short drive to campus with off street parking for 2 vehicles. Only complaint was that it was warm at night, however the host did provide fans for each of the bedrooms which helped. ”

Very roomy, but minimally furnished; such as large living room with only one sofa, no other seating in the room…bring some chairs with you if you need a place to sit. Large master bathroom, but lacks a toilet paper holder. No nightstands in the master bedroom. Didn’t realize we needed to check on those kind of things before booking, just expected them to be there. Will inquire further before any future booking. The price...

”The property was a great fit for the group that we had. The house had great accommodations, bathrooms, beds, etc., along with the porch/covering in the front of the house. The view of the lake and location to the marina was superb as well. Overall, worth every penny.”
