”This is a staffless row of suites across from the Pioneer Pocket hotel. You park right in front of your suite which includes a separate living area, bedroom, and bathroom. The room was clean, featured extra toiletries, and was convenient to downtown dining. This is our new favorite in Lubbock and was very reasonably priced.”

”Business traveler here. The parking was safe and easy-appreciate the dedicated spots for hotel guests. Communication before check in was very good as this was my first stay there. Room was very clean and loved the decor. Rarely say this- I will plan to end my day earlier to enjoy the hotel and restaurant. Highly recommend. Enjoyed the concept!”

”BEWARE!! No housekeeping on the weekend! Very specific rules even to get fresh towels!!!! For $225 a night, this is a scam. Very noisy, below and above the second floor. Fan in the bathroom ran 24/7. Refrigerator in room made noise 24/7. Property needs more attention for cleanliness and upkeep. No towels in the weight room & both treadmills are out of order! I will stay elsewhere next time for sure. ”

”I have no issues with the staff as the front desk people attended to us extremely well. What I have an issue with is the room itself. I felt incredibly uncomfortable with how disgusting the room was. The entire place smelled of cigarettes, there was a bag covering the smoke detector which I assume was so whoever was in there before could smoke. We found stains on the blankets, and they looked very unwashed so we did not even use them. But the bathroom was absolutely the worst part. There was...
