Villa Franca - Lucca ,Tuscany

Villa Franca is a spacious villa, which lies about 5 km from the town centre. This property is the ideal choice for families travelling together or smaller groups of guests who enjoy the comfort of a big and independent holiday home. There is a spacious garden, completely fenced (mash-wire, height: 1.50-1.70m), of about 1 hectare at the guests’ disposal; pets are welcome! (No more than 1 dog per stay).
Spend here some wonderful days, also thanks to the beautiful swimming pool (set in earth, 9.85 x 4.85 m, depth: 1.50m). Restaurant can be reached on foot as also groceries.

The city of Lucca is located in the heart of Tuscany. The city disposes of an incomparable beauty and huge historical patrimony. Lucca is well known because of its intact town walls which have their origin back to the 15th and 17th century. The historical medieval town centre is rich of churches, towers and renaissance palazzi. The surroundings are characterized by small villages, green hills and numerous historical villas, the later have impressive gardens and fountains. This nice area can be discovered on foot or by bicycle, visit the famous villas or have a stroll and admire the beautiful landscapes, taste the local dishes in one of the trattorias along the paths.
Spend a day at the beach (the coast of the Versilia is in the vicinity and enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine in the garden of your holiday home. Lucca, Pisa and Florence are within an easy reach. You may also make a day trip to the Cinque Terre.
Two entrances on the ground floor – one enters the living room and one is the main entrance, in front of the stairways.
Ground floor: 1 bathroom with wc, bidet, kitchen with fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, filter coffee brewer, small table, dishwasher, exit onto a terrace (sun protected, with a barbeque and light) where you may dine al fresco. From the kitchen you also access the dining area of the living room with an extendable table, also from here exit onto the terrace. Within a few steps from the dining area, you may access the living room with couches, tv, upholstered chairs, play table, exit onto a terrace.
Staircase to the lower floor: 1 utility room with washing machine, 1 bathroom with wc, bidet. 1 tavern with dining table, couches, fireplace (not working).
Staircase to the 1st floor: 1 twin bedroom, mosquito nets on the window., 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, 1 double bedroom with upholstered chair, cupboard, mosquito nets on the window. 1 double bedroom with exit onto a balcony (no mosquito net on the window), upholstered chair, cupboard with 1 en-suite bathroom with wc, bidet, shower. 1 bathroom with tub, double basin, wc, bidet, 1 cabinet room with 1 French sized bed (1.20 width) and exit onto a balcony, 1 double bedroom with upholstered chair, chest of drawers, exit onto a balcony (the same as the one in front of the cabinet room) and air-conditioning. The second floor remains closed.
The furnishings are classical, terracotta tiled floors on the ground floor, bedrooms have parquet-tiled floors, walls painted in white. WiFi is included, parking within the grounds.
Max 1 dog admitted.
If the villa is rented with a max. of 4 persons during low season, there is a discount of 15 % on the weekly rental price. 2 bedrooms will be closed in this case.
