”Our bed didn't seem as though it was changed? The sheets were all rumpled and there was a long dark hair in the bed when I pulled the cover back - there was also a mark on the outer cover as though something had been spilled. Bathroom was clean, shower a bit temperamental and air con noisy. Good breakfast and convenient location but disappointed in the stay.”

”Positives: the AC was crisp and cold, the staff was very helpful, the elevated surfaces (table top, sink, etc) were clean. The shower’s water pressure was great and I felt safe in the hotel. Needs improvement: The floor was not very clean. When I accidentally dropped something, I noticed a lot of pet hair on the carpet. There were stains and burns as well. It felt fine for a solo adult traveler without animal hair allergies, but I’d not want a smaller kid crawling on the carpet. That being...

”This place is huge and there's not enough signage directing you to the lobby area. It is in a rectangular shape and often the only sign that led me to the lobby let me outside into a courtyard and into a very noisy crowded swimming pool area where you had to use your bad several times to access to even get back in. Very frustrating....”

”Room was clean. No bed bugs. However, the window wouldn't close so I and my already nervous dog had to listen to street noises all night. Shades wouldn't close all the way, so light came through from outside. There was also an occasional very loud noise that seemed to rattle the walls. No idea where that came from. Bathroom was so tiny I could barely use the toilet and I found a used towel from the previous occupant hung behind the bathroom door, still damp somehow. Overall a poor experience....

”Honestly, just drive to Myles City and get a hotel there. This one is disgusting and not worth the price! Smells bad, looks terrible, and definitely does NOT get cleaned properly!”

”Both room AC were out - the main entry area smelled like spoiled milk covered up with bad perfume - the room outlets were dead and the electrical wiring in the rooms was questionable as to being legal - the toilet was round and had a very large oval seat on it, stuck out beyond the bowl by 3-4 inches - the wall AC was extremely loud - this was the WORST hotel we have ever stayed at The staff were corgel and moved us into different rooms”

”All of the staff were very helpful, except for one of the house keepers. She was pretty rude. But other than that everyone else was pleasant”
