Good point is the personal. The personal is friendly and they just try to give their best. BUT this is the only good point. This hotel is far away from his prime time. Everything in this hotel is from feeling 50 years ago. Installation, noisy, dirty in the rooms, old towels and dirty bed, bad smelling in the room like a kitchen and over all COLD. The temperature in my room was 17C and no way to head it up. The bed was dirty. Over all not even a 2 star hotel.

The clothes iron didn’t work upon asking to fix it, no one showed up for repair or replacement. Foreign passport and visa verification must be notified inadvace especially to American visitors as in USA driver license is adequate for Hitel as well as internal flights. I left my passport at my village and the check in process was horrible as I end up getting photo ID and visa over the internet. Very unpleasant experience.

Disappointed!
Not at all happy with the service or room. The front office was terrible. No warmth or not even a usual normal welcome! The rooms have a kind of smell. Bed was like old, had to even ask for a change of sheets as we saw hair. Very disappointed.

When we came for checkin the rates were showing different that what has been proposed by Expedia. In room dining you can’t even order a sweet lime soda after certain time I had to escalate this issue just to get a fresh lime soda Reception area is too hot. No smoking designated area available, one had to walk out of the property in order to smoke in my case 15 times in a couple of days Lastly they don’t have option for card on file, they did offered pay in room for dining or one has to do huge deposit in advance for dining that is also really disappointing I should have selected another property

The walls in the room were filthy. The property owner does not manage the building. Disgusting interiors, small bathrooms. It does not deserve to be a Radisson especially Blu. Sofas in the lobby were filthy, dirty, zero sense of cleanliness. Not a radisson by any chance.

There was dirt on the couch, desk, bedside table, bathroom counter, desk lamp, and bottle waters covered in mud. Toilet seat had urine stains on it. Climate control was not functional and stayed on the same setting no matter what you changed it to. One fruit fly was already dead on the bed and the other one I killed. Half of the staff is wearing masks and half have their masks hanging on their chins. Zero Covid protocols being followed. Stay away from this disgusting property.

Excellent hotel. Very clean. Stay is very pleasant but service was a bit slow. You sometimes have to tell the waiter a few times so they can bring you a cup of tea. Overall, everything was superb.

Terrible stay
Terrible stay, Such a poor service. Informed hotel at 2.30pm about hot water problem, but they could not sort out hot water issue whole day. After nearly 9 hours, they changed our room. They were obliged to offer dinner as it was nearly 11.30pm. We could not take a shower or relaxed in our room because engineers coming and going whole day. In 2nd room their bath tub was leaking, electric wires were just taped up in the water. Overall whole stay was nightmare. Not even 1 star hotel.
