Casa Labhardt, 1st floor

We rent out the exclusively renovated holiday apartment in Casa Labhardt on the 1st floor.

The entire house has central underfloor heating and Wi-Fi.

A large living room with a barbecue fireplace, TV, and access to a large covered balcony overlooking the lake.

A modern, open-plan kitchen with a dishwasher, ceramic glass cooktop with oven, steamer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, dishes, pans, all kitchen utensils, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

A dining table with six chairs is located by the large window overlooking the lake.

The two double bedrooms offer lake views and access to the balcony.

There are two bathrooms: one with a bathtub and toilet, and the other with a shower, toilet, and toilet, heated towel rails, and a hairdryer.

A pergola is also provided.

A private, lush, tropical garden/beach area with a barbecue, granite table, and benches is available.

The beach, furniture, and wooden jetty on the lake are shared by both holiday apartments.

Bring your own boat or rent one in Lugano. We have a boat dock (System Dock Edge).

Included in the price:
Best drinking water, bed linen, towels, bathrobes, beach towels, toilet paper, soap, and boat dock access.

Additional charges:
Electricity CHF 10 per person per week
Tourist tax CHF 3 per person (14 years and older) per night
Parking permit (optional) CHF 50 per week
Final cleaning CHF 190 + CHF 100 for guests with a dog
