The apartment’s neighbourhood is the perfect combination of a well-serviced, central location and a peaceful setting. The bus stop is a 4-minute walk away, and there are also plenty of restaurants as well as supermarkets a stone’s throw from the holiday apartment to cater to your every craving and need.

Lugano’s historic centre, the lakeside Parco Ciani, Piazza della Riforma with tons of terraces, Trenino Turistico, Lugano casino and a wide range of discos are all within convenient walking distance from the rental (15-20 minutes walk). However, for those who want to unwind away from the crowds, Lido San Domenico and the Olive Grove trail ending in the picturesque village of Gandria are a 10-minute drive from here.

Guests can also hike up the magnificent San Salvatore, as the funicular is a 15-minute ride. Meanwhile, families with children can head to Melide and admire the stunning causeway as well as the SwissMiniatur with the open-air exhibits of the best attractions of Switzerland! And if you are a literature fan, then don’t miss out on Montagnola (also 15 minutes), home to Nobel Prize-winning author Hermann Hesse.
