Kiva hotelli hyvässä paikassa
Tykkäsin hotellista tosi paljon. Huone oli jotenkin söpö ja pikku parveke ihana. Bussilinjat 2 ja 4 menee aivan läheltä. Google maps suosittelee jäämään junasta Paradison asemalla, mutta vielä kätevämpi olisi ollut jäädä Luganon asemalla, jolta tulee juurikin linjat 2 ja 4 hotellin viereen. Hotelli antaa muuten joukkoliikennelipun heillä oleskelun ajaksi, aika kiva! Lyhyt kävelymatka myös funikulaarille, joka vie Monte San Salvatore -vuoren huipulle. Aamupala oli herkullinen. Kokonaisuudessaan tosi kiva hotelli.

Hyvä kesähotelli
Olimme lomakauden ulkopuolella, joten hotellin ulkoisia tiloja, uima-allas ym., emme voineet käyttää, mutta ne näyttivät kivoilta. Yhtenä päivänä oli sen verran lämmintä, että olisimme halunneet käyttää huoneen ilmastointia, mutta se oli otettu jo pois käytöstä.

Hotelli on kävelymatkan päässä rautatieasemalta. Palvelu oli ystävällistä. Luganon keskustaan pääsi mukavasti rantakatua kävellen. Huoneen ikkunat olivat hyvin eristetyt eikä liikenteen melu kuulunut sisälle. Uima-allas plussaa. Hyvä aamiainen.

Hotellissa ystävällinen palvelu ja hotellin sijainti oli hyvä. Lyhyt (5min) matka kävellä rantaan. Linja-auto lähti lähes oven edestä. Allas osasto hyvä. Parkkipaikka hotellin alakerrassa. Huone olisi voinut olla hieman suurempi ja samoin myös parveke. Aamupala perinteinen ja riittävä

We stayed for the night - honestly we weren't that crazy about Lugano as a city so maybe that effected our experience. Hotel is nice but average - do not expect an actual lake view.

Pleasant but a bit dated.
Stayed for two one-night stays as part of a road trip, different rooms each time. Pros: the interconnecting rooms for a family are very convenient and the beds are comfortable. Cons: the hotel feels strikingly dated in terms of decor and amenities. We could not use European adaptors as they would not fit; there are no USB charging points in the rooms.The breakfast is ok but not a huge selling point, and we found it overall a bit soulless though it is convenient to be able to eat there in the evening as it is a distance from the centre of Lugano. For the money I felt it did not offer great value; however it was a cheaper option in the location so perhaps I am expecting too much. None of the reviews mentioned the train line behind the property! Not a deal breaker but hat means frequent and quite noticeable noise. Staff generally pleasant and helpful; a good pit-stop overall

E' un albergo molto carino che ha una terrazza con una piccola piscina e veduta panoramica, il personale è molto gentile, nel ristorante si mangia bene ed è anche possibile chiedere delle bibite nel pomeriggio, lo consiglio.

One night in Lugano
We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Delfino. We had a twin room with a balcony with a city view. The beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioner worked well. Our favorite part of our stay was the breakfast. The hotel offered an extensive breakfast buffet, and there are quite a few tables indoors and around the pool area. The pool itself is very nice, with a shower off to the side. Pool towels are available at reception. You can also get free bus passes at reception. The lake is a couple of blocks away, with easy access to the walkway that runs along the lakeside.
