However, we are very sorry to read that you had difficulty finding our car park. In the directions on the website and in the notices we send out before your stay, we provide the correct address to be entered into the navigation system and, to make it easier for our guests, we have added a photograph of the entrance to the car park. Unfortunately, as far as public signage is concerned, we cannot intervene, but we are nevertheless happy that you were able to find the hotel with the help of the reception staff. Directly after check-in, our staff noted that you seemed content when asking for restaurant directions, and no concerns were raised during check-out either.The room you have booked belongs to the category Double with Extra Bed, with its sizes and characteristics clearly specified in the corresponding descriptions. It consists in a double room with an extra rollaway bed, as can be seen in the pictures. Perhaps in your case you would have felt more comfortable in a larger room category, surely if you had informed us, we would have proposed a suitable solution.We would like to add that the information and pictures provided correspond to reality and that we have been recently classified by HotellerieSuisse (the Swiss Hotels Association) as a Four Star Superior hotel.
