Upon entering, guests are welcomed by a spacious and bright living room, enhanced by original and sophisticated decor: elegant colored vases, fine Persian rugs, and comfortable animal-print seating. Large windows, framed by light sliding curtains, gently filter the natural light, illuminating every corner of the room and leading to the spacious covered balcony, ideal for outdoor moments. Next to the living area, the elegant dark wood table separates the living room from the kitchen, fully equipped with everything needed for cooking, including a private washer and dryer to ensure maximum independence and convenience during your stay.

The sleeping area includes two double bedrooms, tastefully furnished with attention to detail, where custom-made furniture and mirrored walls enhance the brightness and visually expand the space, creating an intimate and relaxing atmosphere. The apartment is completed by two elegant bathrooms, one guest and one main, equipped with a spacious modern shower and bidet.

Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

The apartment includes a private parking space in the condominium garage.

Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.

By train, from Lugano’s FFS Station, take bus No. 2 towards \"Castagnola, Capolinea\" (7 stops, approx. 10 minutes) and get off at \"Cassarate, Lido\". From there, it’s a 3-minute walk to the apartment.
